  • Yes! Hannah's Haven Cleaning Co. is fully insured for your peace of mind.

  • Yes. Our products are selected with homes and families in mind. If you have specific sensitivities or product preferences, we're happy to discuss them before your appointment.

  • Not at all! Many of our clients provide a secure way for us to access their home. As long as arrangements have been made beforehand, you're welcome to be home or away during your appointment.

  • Yes! We bring our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your products or have specific requests, just let us know during your consultation.

  • Absolutely! Our organization services are available as standalone appointments or can be added to any cleaning service.

  • All listed prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on your home's size, condition, requested services, and the level of cleaning or organization needed.

  • Yes! We offer The Haven Club! This is recurring weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling and discounted rates compared to one-time cleanings.

  • We understand plans change. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment unless due to emergency. Please Note: After 3 reschedules/cancellations; a security deposit may be required.

  • Appointments are based on availability. We recommend booking at least one week in advance to ensure your preferred date and time.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other approved electronic payment methods. Payment is due upon completion of your service unless otherwise arranged.
